Functional and new-fashioned unit with a nice bathroom, excellent staff. Stunning, beautiful location in the lovely wooded area. Relaxing stay, as always.

This accommodation was in the central location to the Highlands. The room was great value for money and well-appointed in general, with a 4 poster bed.

Perfect little rooms with a lovely view of the garden. Comfortable bed, a flat screen TV, free wireless internet, and a hair dryer.

Came here for 1 night with my family, everything was very good. The restaurant here was nice with a bar and a restaurant, I both ordered amazing dishes.

Had really really nice stay of one night b n b and the weather was warm. The provided breakfast was savoury and large with salty garlic mushrooms and black pudding, as example.

Savoury and large breakfast for vegans was a nice touch. My double room with comfortable sofa, full size bathroom, for example was new-fashioned. Particularly good location really close to the outlet shops, local sightseeing areas and restaurants, I felt safe.

I ate at a huge restaurant with interesting choices and good-sized portions. It had very clean beds and a pleasant view over the garden.

Because of a problem with a double room we were upgraded and had a nicely decorated room with single beds which was perfect;)))

Comfortable and easy location for visiting restaurants and bars. Easy access to Carlisle Lake District airport, within 16 miles. Nice hot and large breakfast for a second sausage for the start of the day.

Beautifully presented room with very clean bed and a dog bed and an iron. Well organised staff on the reception desk. Central location, brilliant base for discovering Gretna Green. Found in the very convenient area adjacent to the restaurant with friendly staff.

Liked our stay at the hotel and would recommend it to all. Everything was absolutely fine, very supportive staff, pleasant views over the garden. The triple room was airy. Its location was easy, so close to the train station, and restaurants, pubs and the chippy. The lounge bar was available on the premises.
